It was really easy to work with Betul. He was responsive and great with changing/ tailoring my design prior to sending. I received my large acrylic calendar quickly. While shipping a piece broke, with acrylic I understand things may break during transit. I notified Betul and he sent another one right away. All around great customer service, easy to work with. This is a really nice piece and it's exactly what I wanted for helping manage my small business. Only thing I would recommend is buying your own "fine-tip" dry erase markers for it. The markers that came with the board are much too thick for writing in the squares, which are quite small if you're writing actual words. But overall, love it!

I reached out to the seller and sent a picture, and they immediately offered some options, and I chose to have another one sent. It arrived and was in perfect condition. I really like the board but the squares are pretty small to write in. I got the 4 pack of markers but they bleed so much you can’t read the numbers or words. I’ll try thinner tip markers but I paid for these markers thinking they would work, since they were selling them for the board!
