Every piece is handcrafted in our own workshop using premium 5mm acrylic and professional UV printing. We believe in making products we'd want to use ourselves, and we take pride in every board that leaves our studio.

We combine three things: premium materials (5mm acrylic, thicker than most competitors), a thorough design process (a free design proof with your approval before we make anything), and personal attention. We're not a factory—you're working with the people who make your calendar. That means we can handle custom sizes, custom layouts, extra name rows, and requests that mass-production shops can't.

We get it—it's natural to be cautious about custom orders. Here's how we protect you: (1) We send you a free design proof first. You see exactly what we'll make, approve it, and nothing goes into production until you say yes. (2) If your calendar arrives damaged, we replace it free, no questions asked—that's our Protected Delivery guarantee. (3) If something in the approved proof doesn't match what arrives, we'll make it right. This is why personalized products have a different return policy (see Returns section), but we stand behind every board we make.

Premium 5mm acrylic—thicker than the industry standard—with the grid, labels and your personalization permanently UV-printed onto the back so they never wear off. The front is a smooth dry-erase surface you write on with markers. The result is a calendar that looks like framed glass on the wall and wipes clean every month.

Yes—any quality dry-erase markers work, and a fine tip gives the cleanest look for daily entries. To keep it from ghosting, wipe changes with a dry microfiber cloth and give the whole board an occasional deeper clean with a damp cloth or a little rubbing alcohol. Avoid permanent markers and abrasive sponges. Wet-erase and chalk markers also work well and resist smudging if you prefer them.

Yes. Our calendars, planners and organization boards are designed for indoor walls and kitchens—the fridge, the mudroom, a home office, an entryway. They aren't made for outdoor or storefront use.

Every wall-mounted board ships as a complete kit: four metal standoffs, the wall anchors and screws, and a simple template and guide. You mark four holes, drill, and the standoffs hold the acrylic a few millimetres off the wall for that floating look. Most people have it up in about fifteen minutes. You choose the standoff finish—gold, silver or black—on the product page.

No hardware at all. The magnetic fridge calendars have a magnetic backing that holds firmly to any steel fridge door—you just place it where you want it. If your fridge is stainless steel with no magnetic pull (some are), a wall-mounted version is the better choice.

Wall calendars run from 12 × 16 in up to 28 × 40 in. The most popular size is 18 × 24 in, which suits a household of three or four on a kitchen wall. Magnetic fridge calendars come in four smaller sizes from 10 × 14 in to 18 × 24 in. Yes, but it's a small part of what we do. Our Office Decor collection has a handful of personalized acrylic logo signs for office doors, reception areas and small businesses. The heart of the shop is personalized calendars, planners and family organization boards.

Usually just text: the names you want on it, the month and year you'd like it to start, a title or header if you want one, and any layout notes (for example "seven day columns" or "a chores section on the right"). You enter these in the personalization fields on the product page. If you want a monogram or a small logo added, send a vector file (SVG, AI, EPS or print-ready PDF) or a high-resolution PNG at around 300 DPI.

Yes, that's what we do. We can cut the acrylic to a size that isn't listed, adjust the layout (monthly, weekly, yearly, or a mix with notes and chore columns), add name rows for a larger family, and print the grid and text in the accent color you choose. Tell us what you have in mind and we'll prepare a proof.

Yes, and there's no charge for it. We send a digital proof showing the layout, sizing, colors, names and where everything sits, and nothing goes into production until you approve it. If something isn't quite right, tell us and we'll adjust it and send an updated proof. This is one of the biggest differences between AcrylicSignArt and mass-production competitors.

Most of our calendars are undated and reusable—you write the dates in each month with dry-erase marker, so the same board works year after year. If you'd prefer a specific month and year printed on, just note that in your personalization and we'll set it up on the proof.

The price depends on the size and options you choose, so the exact figure is shown on each product page. We work hard to keep our calendars as affordable as we can without cutting corners on the 5mm acrylic or the print quality, and the mounting kit and shipping are always included at no extra cost.

Yes. We regularly make multiple boards for offices, teams, classrooms and clinics—planning boards, team calendars, or a set of matching family calendars as gifts. Email support@acrylicsignart.com with the quantity, sizes and any artwork, and we'll put together a quote.

Before you approve the digital proof, changes and cancellations are easy, so message us with your order number as soon as you can. Once the proof is approved the board goes into production and can no longer be changed. If you entered the wrong delivery address, email support@acrylicsignart.com within 24 hours and we can correct it.

Every board is made to order, so there are two stages: 1-3 business days to produce your order, then 3-5 business days for delivery once it ships. You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your order leaves us.

We use one tracked shipping service to each destination rather than a separate paid express tier, so there's no extra charge to pay. The main factor in your delivery date is the 1-3 business days we need to make your board; if you're working toward a deadline, message us before ordering and we'll tell you honestly whether it's achievable.

Yes, shipping is free on every order with no minimum spend, domestic and international alike. Tracking is included, and you'll receive the tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves our workshop.

Yes, we ship free to over 40 countries across North America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific, including the United States, Canada, the UK, the EU, Switzerland, Norway, Israel, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia. Delivery after production takes 3-5 business days for these destinations.

You won't be charged extra — ever. The price shown on the product page already includes any taxes, customs duties or import charges that may apply for delivery to the countries we ship to, so there's nothing more to pay when your order arrives. If a courier or postal service ever tries to collect an additional charge, email us at support@acrylicsignart.com with your order number and we'll resolve it right away.

Each board ships with a protective film on both faces, wrapped in foam and a rigid corner-protected box. In the rare case it still arrives damaged, our Protected Delivery guarantee covers a free replacement—see the Returns section.

We're an online-only workshop, so we don't have retail stores or in-person pickup locations. Every board is made to order and shipped directly to you, with free shipping on every order.

We have a 30-day return policy, but personalized and made-to-order items are excluded, since a board carrying your family's names and custom layout can't be resold. That's why we always send a digital proof for approval first and let you see and approve everything before we make it. If your calendar arrives damaged, faulty or different from the approved proof, we'll replace it or refund you at no cost—no questions asked.

We'll make it right, free of charge—that's our Protected Delivery guarantee. Send your order number and a photo of the damage, or of what did arrive if parts are missing, to support@acrylicsignart.com. We'll ship a replacement board or the missing hardware immediately at no cost, and there's nothing you need to send back to us. Your satisfaction matters more than the hassle of returns.
