The item itself is great. Really fast response with proof of custom design. Delivery process dreadful. first delivery arrived broken. rapid promise of replacement. I couldn't be home to receive it FedEx rescheduled between 08:00 and 22:00 the next day no options for redirection or rescheduling. I used webform to redirect to pick up point and was initially ignored by FedEx. Asked seller for help. Was told to find appropriate contact details myself & work with FedEx. Over a week later having been in touch with FedEx daily wasting hours of my time I contacted seller for help. I was told that my message was hurtful, that it was my responsibility to wait in 14 hours and that they had been working hard to liaise - hadn't told me. manged to collect 10 days later because I invested hours with FedEx no help from seller
