Magnetic Acrylic Fridge Calendar with Dry Erase Marker

The shipping and customer service were great! They sent me my proof before it was created. I am disappointed that my item came with a small crack in the corner.

The seller was very communicative and easy to get ahold of. He sent me a mock-up within a few hours and then shipped the item the next day! The calendar however, wasn’t of the best quality. I had previously ordered a similar calendar from another seller, and the clear part was a sturdy glass-like material, but this calendar was more flexible and not as solid. Additionally, where the magnets were placed had cracked the material, and when I placed the calendar on the fridge, it just slid down. The seller was very receptive to feedback, and offered to replace, which unfortunately wouldn’t really address all of the issues (perhaps the cracking, but not the material quality/magnets). I ended up not gifting the item because I didn’t think it was good enough quality, and had to eat the cost.

There was miscommunication in regards to being able to use magnets on calendar. Entire calendar was slightly darker than expected. Gold color was not one uniform color, had visible streaks of different gold colors. However, the customer service was good, they offered a partial % return in compensation for issues. Still a little disappointed that it didn’t turn out the way I wanted since I was so excited for it.

I received my order and it was blank. I filled out all the personalizations for it and there’s nothing on the calendar. It’s also supposed to be magnetic for your fridge and I received a stand for it to like sit on my counter? So not at all like the description and not what I wanted.

There was a small hiccup with my package. So I explain to the seller what have happened and they send me a new one! And its was super fast!! They are great and very professional. I also super happy with my calendar!! I draw a awful picture of what I want the calendar look like and they did exactly like the picture but much beautiful then my draw!! Iam super excited!! Thank you so much!! 💓

Great customer service. I had a issue with the Calendar ( nothing too concerning) , They fixed my issue with no problem, and they sent me a new one. I absolutely love the new one. I picked white background with black lettering !!! It is great on my grey fridge. They are a Great company, thank you again!!!

Shipping was EXTREMELY quick especially coming from Turkey. There’s some cracks in the acrylic around the magnets. Getting a custom calendar designed was a lot of back and forth messages even when I put multiple change requests in a message and only one change was done at a time which was annoying. In the end I got what I wanted and am pleased with the product.
