3. Reply to approve it or ask for changes - the faster you confirm, the sooner it ships.
4. Production takes 1-3 business days after approval, plus 3-5 business days for shipment.
5. Packed in thick protective cardboard. If your item arrives damaged, send us a photo with your order number and we'll send a replacement free of charge.
