Excellent product and customer service. Whilst it's noted there is no delivery charge, ,I was charged a fed ex custom charge of ,10 euro. I would prefer to know a cost of delivery and have no surprise custom charge . Overall, beautiful product and great customer service.

The material quality is very poor. Rather than the thick acrylic shown in the picture, they substituted a very thin piece of plastic. The picture suggests that the product will have a “3D” effect, but the materials do not. They are thin, cheap and flat.

The product dimensions ran ½ - 1 inch shy of the advertised size.

I also did not receive the board marker that was advertised. (The ad suggests that 1 marker is included and additional markers are extra, but that seems to be a lie.)

After my purchase, the seller harassed me about the bad review. They bounced me through a few customer service representatives and, after getting “manager approval,” finally agreed to refund $40 of the $80+ purchase price. Then harassed me again about the review.

Save yourself the trouble and use one of the many reputable small shops on here.

Superb - really pleased with this item

Shipping to Canada with Fedex only took like 2 days after it was dispatched from Turkey. Item came in perfect condition. I like how the layout is on the back of the board so it doesn't get in the way of writing or erasing with markers. I recommend buying your own markers and getting bright fluorescent colors for them to show up and be vibrant. I got Bistro Chalk Markers & Posca 1M markers. I added photos with the markers and how they erase with a dry paper towel at first swipe (with some tension). The Posca has a tad bit better durability in terms of erasing. Will definitely be ordering more from seller in the future!

Really happy with my planner, exactly as expected and such a great price. I was sent a preview just hours after ordering and it was delivered only a couple of days later. Haven’t set up yet, but impressed with the black hardware and sticky notes provided! Would definitely recommend! :)

This is an amazing find. A3 size for a great price. Sturdy material and love the customisable aspect. The basic Amazon ones just didn't compare when I was shopping around. I bought my own chalk pens, which just looks fabulous. My manager at work loved it and so I recommended for her children's schedule. Thanks!

We are really happy with this item. The seller provided draft for approval & quick to send to production. We chose to hang the calendar in a busy spot in our home. At first the markers did not work well on the board but much better now (I assume it was because they are new).

I chose not to personalize the calendar with our family name. I look forward to passing this calendar along in years to come.

I found another Etsy seller that made a wall attachment & jar to keep the markers close to the calendar. Very happy with both products.
